Warm a small amount between your hands and massage gently over dry skin. Using a warm, damp muslin cloth, remove with gentle circular movements - no residue, no tightness, just clean skin. Use morning and evening. For an extra treat, leave on for a few minutes as a nourishing mask.

Mango seed and murumuru butter deeply nourish and soften as you cleanse. Moringa and Castor oils dissolves impurities and makeup effortlessly. My balm has melted - is it still okay to use?
Yes, completely. Reset may soften or melt in warm weather; this is the nature of a natural balm and doesn't affect the formula or performance at all. Simply pop it in the fridge for a short while and it will return to its usual texture. Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources day to day.

Can I use it as a mask?
Absolutely, and many customers do. Apply generously, leave for five to ten minutes, then remove with a warm, damp muslin cloth. It's a lovely way to give your skin a little extra care in winter or whenever it needs more nourishment.

How long will it last?
Each 50ml jar lasts around 90 applications - roughly three months of daily use. A little goes a long way.

Is it safe during pregnancy?
All ingredients are carefully chosen and none are contraindicated for use during pregnancy. As with any skincare during pregnancy, we'd always recommend checking with your doctor or midwife if you have any concerns.
