My balm has melted, what should I do? This product may melt during hot weather. Always keep it out of direct sunlight in a cool place. If it melts, pop it in the fridge and it will return to its original texture and will not affect performance.

How long will it last? Each 50ml jar lasts around 3 months of daily use.

Is it safe to use during perimenopause and pregnancy?: Absolutely - all of the ingredients are safe to use during perimenopause (and pregnancy).

Top relaxation tip:

Before beginning the massage relax your neck and shoulders.  Warm the balm in your hands.  Breathe in deeply through your nose, pushing out your tummy.  Exhale slowly through your mouth to release tension….and relax.
