Effective - Stable - Sustainable
Arctic Blackcurrant CO2
A regenerative extract with high levels of Vitamin C which help to give the skin an antioxidant boost and improve collagen production. Contains the rare gamma linolenic acid with anti-inflammatory properties that help stressed and irritated skin.

Bergamot
Research has shown that Bergamot helps to relieve anxiety and improve mood. A sweet and grassy citrus oil with a refreshing yet soothing aroma. The Bergamot used in our products is 100% pure, and originates from Italy where the oil is extracted by expressing the peel of the fruit. The peel is then steam distilled to remove the furocoumarin (FC) which means that it is non-phototoxic and safe to use in sunlight.

Calendula CO2
Known for it's antiseptic, soothing and healing properties, Calendula CO2 helps skin that feels stressed and irritated. A 100% pure, undiluted plant extract sourced from organic farms in Germany.

Carrot Root CO2
Rich in beta-Carotene, carrot root is a powerful natural antioxidant, which protects and nourishes dry, itchy, mature or damaged skin. Also said to help reduce scarring and rejuvenate the skin through its ability to stimulate cell growth and repair damaged skin. Not to be confused with Carrot Seed essential oil, which is not suitable for use during pregnancy.

Ectoin®
An innovative multifunctional active ingredient, scientifically proven to energise skin cells, reduce redness and protect skin cells from pollution induced pigmentation, lines and wrinkles.

Glycoin®
An innovative multifunctional cell-boosting active ingredient targeting tired, stressed or mature skin. The natural stress protection molecule revitalizes, stimulates and improves cell function to improve elasticity and hydration of the skin.

Hyaluronic Acid
Occurs naturally in the skin but diminishes with age. This plant-based humectant works like a magnet for moisture, helping your skin cells to retain moisture, and your skin to feel hydrated, plump and healthy.

Kahai Oil
A premium, regenerating oil extracted sustainably from the nuts of the Cacay tree. Rich in antioxidant vitamin A and E and omega 6, Kahai Oil is clinically proven to reduce fine lines and wrinkles. Production supports farmers in Columbia to have an alternative to growing illicit crops.

Mango Butter
Provides anti-inflammatory, antifungal and powerful antioxidant properties that help to soothe, repair and protect the skin. It contains 30-40% stearic acid, which is a naturally occurring fatty acid found in many plants. Stearic acid acts as a gentle yet brilliant cleanser by helping to draw oil from the skin. But cleverly, mango butter also helps to moisturise and revitalise the skin as it contains 40-50% oleic acid and around 10% palmitic acid. This combination of healthy fats helps to ensure that your freshly cleansed skin never feels tight and dry.

Marula oil
Considered one of Africa’s botanical treasures, Marula oil or ‘miracle oil’ is improves the ability of the skin to hold moisture deep in its layers, softening and soothing the skin and is particularly good for dry and sensitive skin. It is rich in oleic acid (70%) and palmitic acid (12%), rich in anti-oxidants with high levels of vitamin C and E.

Moringa Oil
A great natural cleanser and make up remover, helping to gently lift dirt and impurities from the skin. High levels of oleic acid (omega 9) give Moringa Oil excellent moisturising and softening qualities without feeling greasy on the skin. Thought to help reduce the appearance of pores, soothe acne prone skin and help reduce breakouts. It is also great for mature skin as it's rich in antioxidants, helping to promote supple skin and neutralise free radicals.

Murumuru Butter
A powerful skin barrier repair agent and intense natural moisturiser. This non-comedogenic butter also has anti-bacterial properties making it ideal for dry, irritated or combination skin. Crops are wild harvested, providing an income for communities in the Para state of Northern Brazil.

Niacinamide
Vitamin B3 (Niacinamide) is a multitasking active that strengthens the skin's barrier function, hydrates, targets acne, helps balance sebum and even skin tone by calming redness and targeting age-related pigmentation. It is the only lab made ingredient in Pamoja products, chosen for its unique properties and clinically proven efficacy especially for sensitive skin types.

Pentylene Glycol
A 100% natural anti-microbial derived from sugar cane, readily biodegradable and COSMOS approved. Part of the natural preservation system which keeps your products safe and clean and enables us to avoid using synthetic preservatives such as Phenoexyethanol.

Pomegranate CO2
Made from organic Turkish pomegranates and containing the only known botanical source of Omega 5, also known as Punicic acid (73.3%), one of the most potent antioxidants available. These antioxidants help to protect the skin from the harmful effects of free radicals and enhance the skins ability to repair itself. ⠀Omega 5 is also known to reduce skin inflammation, improve elasticity and hydrate our skin by helping to prevent moisture loss. ⠀Ideal for mature, dry or sensitive skin.

Raspberry NECTA®
A nourishing active ingredient made from upcycled raspberries (a by-product of the juicing industry), this sustainable active oil contains a standardised level of natural vitamin E and skin essential fatty acids for protection against free radical damage. Find it in: Revive Multi-Action Face Cream.
Roman Chamomile
A sweet, apple like, herbaceous aroma and calming, relaxing properties that help to soothe the skin and combat anxiety and insomnia.

Rosemary essential oil
Refreshing, toning and a potent anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory said to stimulate concentration and help refresh the mind. Not to be confused with Rosemary extract.

Rosemary Extract
An antioxidant which helps to fight free radical damage in the skin. Not to be confused with Rosemary Essential Oil.

Sacha Inchi Oil (organic)
According to recent research Sacha Inchi Oil, rich in omega 3 and omega 6, shows good moisturising benefits for dry, itchy skin, increasing hydration and showing a visible improvement in dryness.

Safflower Oil
Safflower oil has one of the highest levels of Omega 6 Linoleic acid, and according to research it helps to rejuvenate damaged skin and reduce the appearance of scars.

Sandalwood
Sandalwood essential oil is incredibly soothing and softening, helping to nourish stressed out skin. It is known to be very restorative, helping to strengthen skin especially though winter months. The sandalwood used in our products is sustainably and ethically harvested in Australia.

Sea Buckthorn Pulp CO2
A highly concentrated extract containing four times more vitamin C than orange, vitamins B2, B2 and K and a powerhouse of nutrients including the only known plant source of omega 3,5,6 and 7. Exceptionally high levels of Carotenoids (antioxidants that help to protect your skin from free radical damage) make this hero ingredient ideal for deeply nourishing and restoring for dry, damaged skin.

Squalane
Derived from olives, squalane has natural hydrating qualities which increase the water retention capacity of the skin, help slow water loss and keep skin soft and supple. Known to enhance elasticity and has a luxurious, silky skin feel. Not to be confused with Squalene (made from shark skin).

How are your products made?
Each product is handmade by Sarah in small batches at her in-house lab. Every batch is created with love and care and as an independent business this process also enables greater control over the source and quality of ingredients.
You'll find a unique batch code on every product, so you can be sure of it's freshness and we can trace each product and the ingredients used to make it.
For added transprency, the ingredients list on every product is written in plain English as well as the standard INCI format, helping you to know exactly what you are putting on your skin.
