Shipping and Delivery
Delivery Policy
I use Royal Mail to ship within the UK and USA. Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours.
UK:
Free Royal Mail Tracked 48 shipping on orders over £50.
£3.90 - Royal Mail Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-3 working days).
£5.50 - Royal Mail Tracked 24 (next working day).
We aim to ship all orders placed Monday to Friday within 24 hours, subject to stock availability. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday (except Bank Holidays). Please note that delays can occur in the mail system.
I reserve the right to change the delivery partner at any time.
If you are not at home when delivery is attempted and your order is left with a neighbour, in a safe place or returned to a delivery office it is your responsibility to collect it. If your order is returned to me, you will need to cover the cost of postage in order for it to be shipped again. Email me to arrange.
USA: FREE shipping on orders over £150. Orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed which aims to deliver within 5-6 working days. Orders under £150 - £20 shipping by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. You are responsible for any local duties or taxes.
You will receive an order confirmation email followed by an email confirming dispatch. In the unlikely event of a delay in dispatch, I will contact you. If you have any queries about your order or delivery, please contact me at hello@pamojaskincare.com.
Please note you are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Whilst we are happy to ship to an office address, it is at your own risk and we cannot be held responsible for any losses.
Cancellation and Returns Policy
You can cancel your order any time before dispatch and up to 14 days from receipt of your order as long as your product is unopened and unused. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
If you wish to cancel or return your order contact us to arrange this at hello@pamojaskincare.com. You will then need to return the goods within 14 days. Returns will be at your own expense. Ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. We recommend you obtain a free proof of postage.
Once we receive the goods, inspect them and confirm they are eligible for a refund, we will issue a full refund for the goods within 14 days.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
