My balm has melted, what should I do? During hot weather, your balm may melt. That's because it's not made with hard waxes that tend to clog the skin. Simply pop it in the fridge for 10-15 mins, and it'll firm up beautifully. It will cleanse just as well melted or not. Store somewhere cool and out of direct sun.

How long will it last? A little genuinely goes a long way. A 50ml jar lasts around 3 months of daily use.

Is it safe to use during perimenopause and pregnancy?: All ingredients are carefully chosen and none are contraindicated for use during pregnancy.
