It's International Women's Day, and the theme is 'Embrace Equity'.  Here at Pamoja, my equity focuses on celebrating and embracing you and your natural beauty, whatever your age.

What does 'equity' actually mean?  Well, the goal of equity is to change systemic and structural barriers that get in the way of people’s ability to thrive.

Here's my take on this hot topic.  Beauty is not one thing; it's many things. But, unfortunately, a world obsessed with fillers, filters, and youth sends a message that you must not age to be beautiful. That message is harmful to all. It can leave us feeling invisible, feeling we need to 'fight' against the signs of ageing - to resurface, peel and zap the skin barrier rather than to love and care for it.  

Ageing is a privilege. We all deserve to feel good regardless of our age. So, of course, there's nothing wrong with targeted treatments occasionally. However, for daily skincare, I believe in feeling your best and being kind by nourishing your skin with ingredients proven to boost skin health and radiance and a simple routine to nurture you. 

Because when we are happy and feel good on the inside, it shows.
